Cabins Cabins!

 These are two wonderful cabins. They have had many lives. Once upon a time as art studios, guest cottages, pilates training rooms, office space, music jam rooms, pool room.
They are both 16X24, have nice tall ceilings , wonderful light, decks and ocean views. The wood cabin does have plumbing and heating. They are near the big house but also have a sense of privacy.

The treehouse

  The treehouse is a beautifully crafted, off the grid tiny house. It's a little jewel box. It is a 5 minute walk from the big house and is on it's own systems. well, septic and solar. the treehouse has a bed loft upstairs .

it's where you'll want to write or finish your novel, banish your teenager or use as a guest house. 

it is very private and has an amazing ocean view.
